ATC-XP Belay Device

The Black Diamond ATC-XP Belay Device is a durable, versatile belay device that features multiple friction modes to handle nearly any situation or rope diameter. Thanks to the machined windows through the body, it's 30% lighter than it used to be. It uses friction grooves on each rope slot to generate three times the holding power, and the reversible design allows them to be bypassed for smoother abseiling or 'paying-out'.
